Shipping policy

Confirmed orders will be shipped once the 100% payment is received, and will be delivered to your door within 8 to 10 business days. The customer is required to pay shipping charges of $75 per parcel. Orders Received on Sunday or during Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or the next working day. During busy times, such as holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

Returns & refunds

Arrant Diamonds is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Customers will be responsible for paying for their shipping costs for returning your item. The customer is liable to pay the cost of return shipping is $80, and it is non-refundable. You can return your order within 15 days for the full value only once.
